Return & Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Technical proof of malfunction must be provided.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (EasyPaisa/JazzCash/Bank) within 5-7 working days.

Since RecoveryBotX is a digital software product, there is no physical shipping involved.

Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation via PayFast, your license key and download link will be delivered to your provided email address within 5 minutes. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
